Guandaxing Smart Home Industrial Park (Phase I) was successfully capped

 4月19日上午，福建省重點建設(shè)項目、晉江市園區(qū)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化項目--冠達星智能家居產(chǎn)業(yè)園(一期)封頂盛典在晉江經(jīng)濟開發(fā)區(qū)五里園舉行。晉江市人大常委、冠達星集團黨支部書記、董事長楊建明，冠達星集團副董事長李寶蓮，晉江市政協(xié)常委、兆亨集團董事長張淇涵，冠達星集團總裁張志強和施工方代表等嘉賓，以及各合作伙伴、集團管理團隊齊聚，共同見證這一里程碑時刻。

 On the morning of April 19th, the topping-out ceremony of the first phase of the GuanDaxing Smart Home Industrial Park, a key construction project in Fujian Province and a standardized project for industrial parks in Jinjiang City, was held in the Wuli Park of Jinjiang Economic Development Zone. Yang Jianming, member of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Jinjiang City, Party Branch Secretary and Chairman of GuanDaxing Group, Li Baolian, Vice Chairman of GuanDaxing Group, Zhang Qihan, member of the Standing Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference of Jinjiang City and Chairman of Zhaoheng Group, Zhang Zhiqiang, President of GuanDaxing Group, representatives of the construction party and other guests, as well as various partners and the management team of the group gathered together to witness this milestonemoment.

   冠達星智能家居產(chǎn)業(yè)園規(guī)劃占地136畝，總建筑面積32萬平方米。其中一期6萬平方米工程預(yù)計8月竣工。項目將打造以"生產(chǎn)、生活、生態(tài)"三生融合的現(xiàn)代化產(chǎn)業(yè)社區(qū)，聚焦智能家居及配套產(chǎn)業(yè)，目標(biāo)建成閩東南科技型產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。

 The GuanDaxing Smart Home Industrial Park is planned to cover an area of 136 mu, with a total construction area of 320,000 square meters. The first phase of the 60,000 squaremeter project is expected to be completed in August. The project will create a modern industrial community integrating "production, life and ecology", focusing on smart home and related industries, with the goal of building a technology-oriented industrial cluster in southeastern Fujian.

 晉江市人大常委、冠達星集團黨支部書記、董事長楊建明致辭感謝各方支持，產(chǎn)業(yè)園一期封頂是集團近三十年深耕家居領(lǐng)域的戰(zhàn)略成果之一，整個產(chǎn)業(yè)園將以第五代廠房構(gòu)建智慧生產(chǎn)體系，整合全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈資源，推動“晉江制造” 向 “晉江智造” 升級，通過創(chuàng)新配套打造產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)圈。

 Yang Jianming, a member of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Jinjiang City, Secretary of the Party Branch of Guandaxing Group, and Chairman of the Group, delivered a speech expressing gratitude for the support from all parties. The topping-out of Phase I of the Industrial Park is one of the strategic achievements of the Group's nearly three-decade deep cultivation in the home furnishing field. The entire industrial park will build a smart production system with fifth-generation factory buildings, integrate resources across the entire industrial chain, promote the upgrade of "Made in Jinjiang" to "Intelligently Made in Jinjiang", and create an industrial ecosystem through innovative supporting facilities.

 Under the spotlight of the entire audience, Yang Jianming, a member of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Jinjiang City, the Party branch secretary and chairman of GuanDaxing Group, Zhang Qihan, a member of the Standing Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference of Jinjiang City and the chairman of Zhaoheng Group, and Zhang Zhiqiang, the president of the group, among other guests, jointly completed the concrete pouring, marking the full completion of the main structure of the project. At the investment promotion meeting of the industrial park, Chairman Yang Jianming disclosed that the overall functional layout of the park will be completed by the end of 2026, forming a complete industrial chain and injecting new impetus into the regional economy.
